Your new LinkedIn banner, headline and Featured

Five options, each a different layout. Pick one number and use that option's banner, headline and Featured tile together. Every option sends people to your article The hidden costs of slow hiring in scale-ups with one keyword, “COSTS”. Each banner is also shown at real phone size, so you can see it reads.

Your plan

  1. Who: founders and Heads of Sales at Dutch SaaS scale-ups with sales seats sitting empty.
  2. Your profile says one thing: we fill empty sales seats fast, with proof. Anyone who DMs “COSTS” gets your hidden-costs article.
  3. People who like, comment or connect get the one-shot DM below.
  4. Your target list gets the workshop invite: how we filled 4 empty sales seats in 30 days. It's the next step up from the article.

How to put it live

  1. Pick one option below.
  2. Upload the banner. It's already 1584 × 396.
  3. Paste the headline into Edit intro.
  4. Featured → Add a link → your hidden costs article, then upload the tile as its image.
  5. Reply to every “COSTS” with the article link, then the DM below.

The one-shot DM

Send it to anyone who likes or comments on your posts, or who's just connected. Swap the highlighted bits for each person.

Hey [FIRST NAME], I'm just heading out the door to [the office] and wanted to send this before I forget.

I saw you [liked / commented on] my post about [TOPIC] (or: thanks for connecting!), so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I'm Surya, co-founder of Womanly Jobs. We help SaaS and tech scale-ups fill their sales seats fast (SDRs, AEs, CSMs) from our pool of 4,000+ vetted women in SaaS and tech.

I had a look at your profile and you reminded me of [CLIENT NAME], who I was just on a call with.

[He/She] had [NUMBER] sales seats sitting empty, and [RESULT].

It works because we don't shoot with buckshot. We qualify and verify every candidate first, so you only meet people who fit the role and the team. On average it takes us 7 working days to introduce the person you end up hiring.

It took me 300+ placements to really dial this in.

Right now we've got an offer where [THE OFFER].

As you can imagine, the three-month vacancy isn't a big fan of us haha.

Anyway, I really have to run or I'll be late for [WHAT'S NEXT].

Happy to walk you through how it works. I've got [TIME 1] or [TIME 2] free tomorrow?

If not, no worries at all. Happy to just send you my piece on the hidden costs of slow hiring in scale-ups instead.

Nice to meet you!

Cheers,
Surya

Invite them to a workshop

For your target list: founders and sales leaders at SaaS scale-ups, especially the ones posting sales roles. Pick the message 1 that fits the person. The first two messages only ask if they'd like to come. Only the last one has the link.

How we filled 4 empty sales seats in 30 days

A small, private session at your office in Amsterdam. Suggested: 90 minutes, late afternoon, about 12 seats, with a Zoom repeat for people outside the Randstad. You set the date and the seats.

  1. What an empty sales seat really costs you each month (the maths from your hidden-costs article).
  2. How you qualify and verify every candidate, so they only meet the ones who fit.
  3. The 30-day playbook: 3 SDRs and 1 AE, and the €300K in new ARR they closed in their first quarter.

Why this workshop: It's your own case study. A SaaS scale-up had 4 commercial roles empty for 2+ months. You placed 3 SDRs and 1 AE within 30 days, and they helped close €300K in new ARR in their first quarter. The other two message 1s use your Avalor AI and Askemo stories.

If you've chatted with them before, open with: “Hey {First name}, I remember we were chatting about [X] at [WHERE].” Then the rest.

Swap the [highlighted] bits yourself. Anything in {curly brackets} fills in automatically. The grey line on each card says who to send it to, and isn't copied.

1. The invite: a scale-up with several empty seats

Send to Heads of Sales and CEOs hiring more than one sales role (fresh funding, several open SDR/AE posts). The main version.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for SaaS founders and Heads of Sales in [Amsterdam] on {Day + date}, walking through exactly how we filled 4 sales seats that had been empty for 2+ months in 30 days, and how those hires closed €300K in new ARR in their first quarter.

Would you like to come?

1. The invite: a founder making their first senior sales hire

Send to founders who are still selling themselves and hiring a first Business Developer or AE.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for SaaS founders in [Amsterdam] on {Day + date}, walking through how we found Avalor AI's Lead Business Developer, who landed their biggest enterprise client within three months.

Would you like to come?

1. The invite: one AE seat to fill, fast

Send to sales leaders with a single AE role open for a while.

Hey {First name}, I know this is a bit random.

I'm hosting a small workshop for SaaS founders and Heads of Sales in [Amsterdam] on {Day + date}, walking through how Askemo had their new AE in the seat within two weeks.

Would you like to come?

1. De uitnodiging (Nederlands)

The main version in Dutch, for Dutch-speaking founders. Give it a read so it sounds like you.

Filled-in example (made up: Sanne, Fluxwerk and the date are not real)

Personalise with one clause, no more: {Company} ("I saw Fluxwerk is hiring two AEs"), their role ("as a Head of Sales"), a shared connection ("[NAME] mentioned you're hiring"), a past chat ("I remember we were chatting about SDR ramp time at [WHERE]"), or their recent post ("I saw your post about closing the Series A").

Hey Sanne, I know this is a bit random, but I saw Fluxwerk is hiring two AEs.

I'm hosting a small workshop for SaaS founders and Heads of Sales in Amsterdam on Thursday 23 October, walking through exactly how we filled 4 sales seats that had been empty for 2+ months in 30 days, and how those hires closed €300K in new ARR in their first quarter.

Would you like to come?

2. Follow-up (2 days later)

Pick the problem closest to theirs: an AE seat that's been open since the summer · a fresh funding round and 3 sales roles to fill before Q1 · a sales hire who left after 6 months, so the seat is empty again.

Hey {First name}, I was chatting to [a Head of Sales at a Series A scale-up] who's stuck on [an AE seat that's been open since the summer], and it reminded me to reach back out.

Keen to come?

3. Hail Mary (3 days after that)

Hey {First name}, I promise this is my last message haha.

It'll be a room of [SEATS] founders and sales leaders on {Day + date}, and we'll go deep on [what one empty AE seat really costs you each month, and how we qualify candidates so you only meet the ones who fit].

If you'd like a seat, you can book here: [LINK]

Once I see you've booked, I'll give you a quick call to hear which roles you're hiring for and run you through who else is in the room.

And if you're snowed under, just let me know and I'll reach out for the next one.

Awesome, we'd love to have you there! Here's the link: [LINK]

Do you have 5 minutes at [TIME] or [TIME] today? I'd love to run you through who else is coming.

Before it goes live

  • Tidy the article first: its browser tab still says “JobBoard” and the date says May 18, 2022. Both are left over from the website template. Fix them before people start DMing COSTS.
  • The cover is new: the article didn't have one, so we made it from its real title and its €360K+ number. Use it as the Featured image or ignore it.
  • One speed number: your homepage says 7 working days, the article says 2 weeks, and Mennan says 3 days. The DM uses 7 working days. Pick one and use it everywhere.
  • One pool number: 4,000+ is on your About and homepage, but the candidates page says 1,000+. The kit uses 4,000+.
  • Option 4 is in Dutch: give it a quick read so it sounds like you. Same for the Dutch workshop invite.
  • The workshop still needs a date, a seat count and a booking link before the Hail Mary goes out.
